Your Responsibilities on the TeamAssists the marketing team with all aspects of new home marketing, which includes: new community start-up, model home merchandising coordination, community signage, advertising, digital marketing and general marketing department support.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
RequirementsCurrently pursuing or obtained a degree with sales or marketing
Able to perform multiple, detail-orientated tasks with simultaneous deadlines
Must represent company in a professional manner
Good writing skills
Valid Drivers License
Team player with strong work ethic and integrity; Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required.
Follow directions from a supervisor
Interact well with co-workers
Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
Accept constructive criticism

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Position requires attendance at meetings outside of division office and trips to models/communities.
Position requires ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
Coordinator will be required to operate a motor vehicle.This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the company due to factors affecting the business.
General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $16.00 - $19, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
