Staffing Marketing Analyst

Processing and organizing collected information and preparing it for presentation.Posting open roles on various platforms and researching databases to find candidates.Posting Job fair material on social media and marketing about the current projects.Prepare staffing marketing and research materials for new contract projects.Co-ordinate with other marketing departments throughout the day for new projectsPrepare every week job fair marketing material and do marketing on-site or outside the locations.Working with the marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies.Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory.Present to current and prospective clients to educate them on services and obtain referrals for business.Work to ensure mutual goal setting and achievement standards with the agency projects concerned professional attitude, and appearance toward agency staff, referral sources, and candidates.Leads obtained from candidate interviews/reference checks (provided by recruiters), networking events, business publications, etc.Cold Calling to identify qualified prospective customers and the appropriate decision-makers.Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales.
