Job Description

Liaison with external marketing firm & other professional relationships

Manage and strategize social media, website and on-line marketing, manage overall monthly plan w/leadership accurate, relevant, thoughtful, strategic

External marketing execution/planning w/leadership analytics, research, strategy, & campaigns (events, materials, surveys, special projects) determine best plan for the company

Create/obtain/update all client-facing materials, assist other parts of the organization in consistent brand representation (brochures, flyers, municipality presentations)

Maintain client database and distribute materials, including Home newsletter as needed

Usher clients through initial phases of the process

Manage any special signage

Special project planning municipality presentations, charity house pitch books, pop-up events

Company Newsletter strategy, content, execution, delivery, analytics

Work with Sales and leadership to manage company database

Coordinate/manage all company logod materials, give-aways, suppliers

Quarterly company Marketing touch-base

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Professional experience

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

High degree of technical efficiency Microsoft, Canva, Excel, Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, basic website management, social media platforms Previous work at a design/build firm null
