*Position Summary: *
LECO Corporation is seeking a skilled and creative Web & Digital Media Designer to join the marketing department. This position is crucial for maintaining, enhancing, and expanding our corporate website and digital communications. The role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to improve the user experience and support marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong HTML, CSS, and graphic design skills, and have experience with CRM tools, SEO, web analytics, and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

*Position Responsibilities: *
Website Management:
Maintain and update the corporate website and e-commerce platformsUtilize WordPress and Salesforce/Account Engagement to manage web contentAdd and remove articles, support documents, events, training sessions, and other contentCreate and update pages as necessaryTest and enhance website functionality, ensuring cross-browser compatibilityMonitor sites for compatibility and security issues
Digital Asset Creation:
Design and build marketing landing pages, email templates, and web and social media graphicsCollaborate with marketing team members, product managers, and sales managers to create effective digital assetsWork with graphic designers and the social media team to create or edit graphics as needed
SEO & Analytics
Help implement SEO strategies and maintain accessibility standardsEnsure accurate SEO implementation across digital assetsMonitor website traffic and activity using analytics softwareAssist in preparation of monthly statistic reports

*Position Requirements: *
Minimum of 2+ years in web design and digital media creation, with strong portfolioProficient in HTML and CSS coding, and familiar with creative response designs; can code without utilizing drag-and-drop builders like DreamweaverExperience with Graphic Design Tools (eg, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW or Affinity)Excellent project and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologiesMotivated, self-starter who can work with minimal direction
Preferred:
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (eg., Google Analytics)Knowledge of CMS, CRM, and e-commerce systems (eg., WordPress, Joomla, Salesforce, HubSpot)Additional coding languages, such as MySQL, PHP, or JavaScriptExperience with Salesforce and Account Engagement platforms

A Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. However, an Associate's degree, relevant certificates, and work experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
