is seeking an on-site Presentation Designer to join one of our prominent legal services clients. This role will be a full-time position with 3 days onsite and the other 2 being work from home. This position
does require being based in Chicago, IL
and have
a work schedule of 11-7 pm.Presentation Designer Responsibilities:Create and design new presentations and templates.Update existing presentations with production changes.Design responses to RFPs, pitch books, and other marketing collateral.Take direction from the Senior Creative Services Manager on project deliverables and assets.Develop engaging data graphic elements such as charts, graphs, maps, tables and text.Help prepare preparation of costs and time estimates for projects to relay back to the stakeholders.Ensure that all designs follow the style guidelines and look/ feel.QA materials before they are sent out" spelling, formatting, style errors.Bring presentation trends and new technologies to the forefront for the team to utilize.Render drawings and graphics: i.e. stock photography, clip art, images, and layouts.Submit materials assigned on time and deadline.Build relationships cross-functionally and provide updates/ recaps on where projects are.Presentation Designer Qualifications:A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience within presentation design-- manipulating/ integrating graphics.A portfolio showcasing specific presentation design and overall graphic design.An Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.Experience and comfortability working on a PC as that is what is used.Any experience working within a legal, corporate or professional services environment would be ideal!
