Industrial DesignerJob Overview:We are seeking a full-time Innovation Industrial Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing, functional, and marketable products that enhance the retail experience. You will leverage emerging technologies to add value and functionality to our products and play a critical role in developing and launching new products that drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Design fixture solutions that align with customer needs and increase revenue.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, including marketing objectives, budgets, and technical specifications.- Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts.- Conduct research on materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to inform design decisions.- Coordinate the development and launch of new products that meet market demands.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into product designs.Qualifications:-3-5 years experience as an Industrial Designer- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field.- Proven experience as an Industrial Designer in the retail industry, with a solid understanding of retail trends and manufacturing processes.- Action-oriented, with excellent communication skills and innovative ideas.- Well-versed in research methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.- Marketing experience is a plus.
