If you're ready to lead projects, build strong client and vendor relationships, and bring exceptional designs to life.Key Impact AreasDevelop innovative and efficient design solutions and execute all phases of a project to meet project requirements and client expectationsLead all design efforts on a project, from programming and concept design through construction documentationPrepare conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materialsParticipate in research, selection and specification of interior finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipmentWork with multidisciplinary teams in design, documentation, and construction administrationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalentNCIDQ certification, pursuing or currently certified, preferred5-7 years of interior design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD; 3d Rendering SkillsExperience with all aspects of residential construction (new and renovation).
