The RoleGreenLite is seeking a
Senior Product Designer
to join our product and engineering team in bringing innovative solutions to market. As a key member of our team, you'll shape our product vision and strategy, becoming a domain expert who champions customer needs. Your role will involve creating scalable design systems, conducting user research, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes that drive our product development.What You'll Work OnDevelop and maintain scalable design systems in Figma for rapid prototyping and engineering implementationCreate low and high-fidelity product designs with detailed specifications for seamless engineering handoffsDevelop and maintain user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps to inform our product roadmapMaintain a customer-focused approach through regular user research and insights sharingEnhance implementation efficiency with detailed specifications and interactive prototypesExperience4+ years experience in UI/UX design for modern web applicationsMastery of human-centered design principles and FigmaComfort with ambiguity and incomplete informationAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentInitiative and bias for action, with a focus on timely delivery and operational excellenceGreenLite values people from all walks of life and professional backgrounds.
