JOB SUMMARY:As Omnichannel Designer you play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and functional designs for packaging, fixtures, POS and marketing collateral across the Retail, WHOLESALE and PR channels for L’OCCITANE in the US and CANADA. This role will report into the Senior Director, Creative and Content, and will work closely with Wholesale, Retail, PR, and Marketing teams to ensure a holistic experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectivesDevelop creative packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audienceApply your graphic design expertise to create compelling artwork, graphics, look books, and invitations for PR and Influencer activations as well as eventsCreate and maintain fact sheets for iconic products and new launchesDesign and create mock-ups & execution of fixtures, packaging, POS, and shelves within 3rd party vendors (Ulta, Sephora, Sephora CA, Nordstrom)Design and maintain Amazon A+ content for key products and new launchesDesign and maintain alternate PDP images for Wholesale ChannelsManage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designsMaintain strong attention to detail when managing timelines and turnaroundsAll other duties or projects as assigned

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Improve brand awareness across Wholesale and PR channels. Drive sales in Sell In Channel. Ensure all creatives have a strong relationship to the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fieldEXPERIENCE3-5 year of experience (agency or in-house creative department)SKILLS

Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorFamiliarity with working with packaging die lines and fixture schematics, as well as product development for gifts and influencer activationsExposure to experiential event designA customer-first outlook, with an interest in the beauty industry as well as industry trends.Ability to self-manage multiple projects at once, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.Excellent communication skills, speaking to both creative vision and tactical details.Strong presentation capabilities; adept at both independent and collaborative work.

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 - $75,000 for the NYC region. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location.
