to work across Gorilla and VOA, someone who is ready to unlock brand potential and is ready to be the face of our brands in the market.Objectives And What You'll Do:As our E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be living, breathing, and articulating our brand worlds through the digital lens. Your central driving goal will be to help grow our brand awareness and loyalty, influencing locally and globally.You’ll help bring the brand to life and take actions each day that help us achieve our higher purpose and vision.The heart of the role is ensuring that the brand is delivering on its promise, in every context.

This role is hybrid, in office 2 days a week.Responsibilities:Strategize, develop, and execute all digital marketing including: SEO/SEM campaigns, e-commerce/D2C, email, social media, display advertising and paid media campaigns.

You will be responsible for supporting our paid media efforts to surface data-driven strategic opportunities for the Executive Leadership team, focusing on optimization of our paid media spend regionally

Develop a comprehensive, national e-commerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic, drive conversion and grow AOV.

Develop KPIs and scorecards to track initiative progress/performance to drive a focus on results and execution

Prepare analytics, reports and dashboards on overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, including ROIs/ROAS and KPIs.

Share insights and learnings cross functionally to brand product and executive teams

Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Structure conversion points and optimize user funnels

Develop and monitor campaign budgets across paid media, website, content, and social buckets.

Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners

Research, analyze and track consumer behaviors/trends, and implement research into digital marketing campaigns

Collaborate cross functionally and work alongside Brand Managers and Creative Directors to ensure a consistent brand visual identity is maintained across all digital platforms.

Negotiate advertising contracts and media spends

Stay current with emerging trends and opportunities in the digital marketing ecosystem.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.

3-5 years experience working in digital and social media marketing.

Demonstrated track record of innovation social/digital marketing campaigns

Proficiency working on e-commerce platforms (Shopify).

Proficiency of automation tools (Klaviyo).

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, keyword search, social display programming campaigns (Meta/Instagram)

Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B testing, multivariate experiments.

Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics).

An analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.

Demonstrable experience in acquisition tools and paid strategy.In depth knowledge of current digital trends.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
