Pay

Annual salary $‎58,458.

Job Summary The Marketing & Design Specialist is responsible for the creation, development, editing, and production of the company’s design needs. The Marketing & Design Specialist creates company branded material that enhances the company’s position in the marketplace, clarifies company communication, and develops consistency in visual and written media. The Marketing & Design Specialist also develops, designs, and executes creative marketing campaigns to supplement the company’s sales cycle and improve the frequency of communication between the company and its prospects. This position will partner with members of the Marketing Team to enhance the overall company messaging, positioning, and branding. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop corporate design material that reflect the company’s brand including sales brochures, marketing leave-behinds, conference items, advertisements, social media content, and corporate graphics.

Design content and procure material for company trade shows to complement our business development team strategy.

Proactively work with the company’s recruiting team on advertisement development and positioning within the hiring marketplace.

Ensure internal company documents meet corporate guidelines while enhancing overall design language.

Manage the design of the company’s website including frequent updating of content on website with the development of new website pages including marketing campaign landing pages.

Develop content, material, and ideas for targeted marketing campaigns.

Create graphics for the company’s proposal process.

Manage library of proposal attachments to ensure they meet brand guidelines including formatting, text, color, and graphic design.

Supplement the proposal process with creative writing, proposal development, and graphic design.

Reviewing/researching competitive landscape to develop new ideas and to ensure Coast maintains a competitive advantage.

Cross-training on RFx and Sales Proposal creation to assist when necessary.

Other marketing assignments as required.

If you witness any security violation you should immediately report it to management. Qualifications Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Associates degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in graphic design, art, marketing, or related field required. Equivalent work experience in similar position may be substituted for educational requirement.

Experience

Minimum two (2) years of design experience, four (4) years preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.

Working knowledge of website design, HTML, and CSS and the development of design elements for digital applications.

Working knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Establish a good working relationship with team members and internal contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to comply with rules, regulations, laws and methods as related to debt collection.

Work independently in the absence of immediate supervision.

Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.

Travel may be involved and required.
