Job Description:Should have 7+ years of working experience in Fax, e-Fax solutions, Telecom and IP Telephony products.Should have knowledge of Fax integration with exchange, AD, LRS.Working experience of migration of on-prem Fax to e-Fax/cloud solutions.Should have working experience in Cisco Unified Communication and Contact Center products.Single point of contact for Customer / end user to receive assessment, support and maintenance for IP Telephony, network devices, Servers and end points.Handling IPT L2 / L3 tasks.Hands on Experience to Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, IP Phones, CUBE, Jabber, SAML, LDAP, SSO, Expressway, etcExcellent understanding of protocols like SIP and H323, routing protocols, SNMP, MPLS, SRV, DNS, certificates, etc.Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Telephony and networking problems.Good understanding of PSTN concepts like, TFN, DID, ANI, etc.Can work with delivery. Generate different documents as per business requirements.Knowledge of the network & windows components is essential.Understanding of design concepts.Working experience as Vendor
