Job Description:

Our client is a leading retail media advertising solution. They closes the loop between media exposure and store sales by using first-party purchase data to make brand advertising more addressable, actionable, and accountable. Their vision is to become the preferred media company for advertisers by creating a more accountable media supply chain that increases the effectiveness of investment dollars. They are a growing team of passionate and talented analysts, data scientists, marketing consultants, and media strategists who are committed to transforming the media industry.

The Account Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the Account Management team with a variety of tasks but will be primarily responsible for managing and running targeting and audience sizing for campaigns. They utilize their 1st party data to target all of our managed and self-service campaigns. They have a high volume of campaigns that need to be targeted daily and this role will be primarily responsible for running pre-targeting and targeting campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:• 2+ years of experience in administrative support role leading key projects• Ability to log into platforms/tools and sufficiently pull reports• Media or agency background is preferred• Strong excel skills• Strong organization and prioritization skills• Strong attention to details and project management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proactive self-starter, willing to jump in and get the job done• Passion for using data to drive strategic targeting and successful campaigns for our clients• Ability to move at a fast pace and manage a high volume of campaign requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with writing and coordinating press releases, website copy, newsletters, blog posts, etc.• Coordinate all internal and external marketing related project• Work with social media agency to manage accounts including content development, monitoring and reviewing and completing monthly reporting• Work with agency of record to coordinate all ongoing and upcoming projects including website content, research projects, image library, etc.• Manage all agency timelines and budgets• Work with in-house videographer to plan script and execute projects• Manage internal marketing & brand assets• Plan, coordinate and attend marketing and sales related events, conferences, etc.• Manage and coordinate projects and communication between Sunrise and internal *** marketing, PR and communications teams• Manage and execute special projects as needed_____________________
