As their Producer/Broker, you build use your relationship and sales talents to build a book of business; manage day-to-day servicing of accounts, including renewals; develop business relationships with retail producers and markets; and partner with underwriters regarding coverage terms, conditions and pricing on new and renewal accounts.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
Bachelor’s degree5+ years of Brokerage or Underwriting experienceInsurance Broker’s LicenseDeveloped understanding of risk selection and coverageWell-developed sales and communication skills.Tech savvy
