We are a digital ad agency. We buy a lot of traffic from Google on behalf of our customers (around $3M per month). The traffic that we purchase ends up going to a variety of social media sites where we have a chance to remarket / retarget to them based on their initial funnel behavior.

This is a lot more a geeky job than a glamor job. There is taking pictures and posting stuff on social media and that kind of experience is useless for this particular job.

We need someone that can dig into the backend of various social media platforms and set up retargetting / remarketing campaigns. This is a technical job and requires deep resilience to figure out and set up campaigns that social media companies typically don't want you to do.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Remarketing and Conversion Funnel Manager** to lead and optimize our remarketing efforts across all major social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and more. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention, maximizing conversions, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Remarketing Strategy:** Develop and implement comprehensive remarketing strategies across multiple social media platforms to re-engage users, boost conversions, and improve customer retention.

**Conversion Funnel Management:** Monitor, analyze, and optimize the conversion funnel, identifying drop-off points and opportunities for improvement to increase conversion rates and overall ROI.

**Campaign Execution:** Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of remarketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative development, and budget allocation.

**Data-Driven Decision Making:** Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer journey.

**Cross-Platform Integration:** Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all remarketing efforts, leveraging each platform's unique capabilities to achieve the best results.

**Collaboration:** Work closely with the broader marketing team, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to align remarketing strategies with overall marketing goals.

**Continuous Optimization:** Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in remarketing and conversion optimization, to continuously improve campaign performance.

**Reporting:** Provide regular reports on the performance of remarketing campaigns, conversion rates, and other key metrics, along with actionable insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in managing remarketing campaigns across various social media platforms.Strong understanding of conversion funnels and the ability to optimize them for higher performance.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to stay organized, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Experience:**

Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
