Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Full Stack UX/UI Designer who is proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, with experience in responsive and adaptive design. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required, and React experience is a plus. Candidates should have a strong understanding of accessibility standards (ADA) and general knowledge of version control systems like Git. A background in the .NET framework, its interaction with front-end technologies, and experience with modeling languages like UML is essential. Additionally, the role requires experience in conducting user research, testing, and using Scrum for Agile development, along with Azure DevOps knowledge. The candidate should be able to build Information Architecture to enhance customer engagement, have a demonstrated experience in front-end and back-end software development, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. They should stay current with UI industry trends and collaborate effectively with Development, Product, Business, and external customers. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, are essential. The candidate must be able to work onsite in the Phoenix, Arizona.
