Job OverviewThe
Senior Web Developer
plays a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and improvement of our company's online presence. This role requires a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development of our WordPress website and strong problem-solving skills. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any website issues and constantly seeking ways to improve site performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:Create and implement front-end web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.Build and maintain server-side applications and databases.Utilize SEO techniques to improve our website's search engine ranking and drive organic traffic.Monitor website performance, security, perform backups, and implement necessary security measures.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress sites.Manage other platforms and integrations, such as Kajabi.Regularly update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.Stay updated on the latest web development trends, design techniques, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the website meets business objectives and brand standards.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.5 years of proven experience in web development.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.Experience with WordPress, Kajabi, and other content management systems.Strong understanding of website architecture, design principles, and user experience.Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other web analytics tools.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
