We are actively seeking to hire remote attorneys throughout Georgia.DUTIES INCLUDE:Hearing coverageJury and non-jury trialsMedia review, suit review, demand review, validationSigning suit packages and motion practiceNegotiate case settlement with pro-se and adverse counselYOU MUST:An eye for details and accuracyStrong organizational skillsSelf-starting, motivated, and not requiring micro-management (THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION)Courtroom experience, specifically with creditor and debtor contractsBe reliableA clean background and Bar License (no felonies or financial crimes)Setup to work in a remote capacity (ideally a home office)A desire to grow with the firm and build a long-term mutually beneficial relationshipYOU CAN EXPECT:~Long-term growth potential~Competitive pay~Hands on training~Proprietary technology~A fun, family environmentWe are in the midst of an economic collapse in the USA.
