It's our job to uncover that goal and make it as easy as possible for the user to follow through.The CRO Analyst role is tasked with digging into a website's user behavior data to understand what is working well and which areas can use refinement. Their analysis of this data informs their design decisions and leads to the development of new layouts, content, modules, and functionality, often coupled with A/B testing to ensure peak performance.You will be working closely with senior planners, account managers, and digital marketing specialists across the company and serve as an integral part of the service organization and the company's overall growth. Conduct user behavior research to determine website optimization opportunitiesBrainstorm solutions for proposed website UX updatesCreate and present monthly analysis reports regarding relevant conversion metrics, user behavior trends, and optimization recommendationsDesign, implement, monitor, and report on A/B testsMonitor project and A/B test results, analyze key metrics, and report on performanceWork closely with clients and internal SEO and Paid Media teams to align with client goalsWork closely with the Web Design/Development team to design and implement website optimizationsQualifications

Requirements:2-4 years of experience optimizing website UXProficiency using Google Analytics to research data trends, specifically related to GA goals/conversionsExperience working in different CMSs, such as WordPress, MODX, Drupal, and MagentoHigh attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsGood writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectivesProficient at managing projects and able to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and structure workloadAbility to learn new concepts and techniques quicklyGreat if you have:Experience with Google Optimize and HotjarExperience with CRMs such as SalesForce, Zoho, and HubspotProficiency creating website and UX/UI design mockupsProcess + Application
