Key Responsibilities:Platform Administration:

Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance.Workflow Design:

Design and implement ServiceNow workflows based on business requirements.Vendor Management:

Handle vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management.Documentation:

Create and maintain design documents, including workflows, portal elements, notifications, and SLAs.SOP Development:

Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Strategic Collaboration:

Work with senior management to align tool and application strategies with business goals.Application Management:

Ensure end users have appropriate access to features and functionalities.

Must-Have Qualifications:4 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration and workflow design.4 years of experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.Proven ability to create design documents from business requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
