Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation Specialist to lead the integration and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within our existing Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to align with our business objectives and marketing strategies. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration that enhances our marketing capabilities and drives customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Integration:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.Requirement Gathering:

Work with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and sales teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.System Configuration:

Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including data extensions, API integrations, and custom scripting (AMPscript), to meet business requirements and ensure optimal system performance.Data Migration & Management:

Oversee the migration of data from existing systems into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring data integrity, proper segmentation, and effective use of Audience Builder for targeted marketing efforts.Custom Development:

Develop custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including complex email templates, dynamic content, and automated workflows to support personalized marketing campaigns.Training & Enablement:

Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the platform.Testing & Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of the implemented solutions, including end-to-end campaign execution, to ensure everything functions as expected before going live.Reporting & Optimization:

Set up and configure reporting dashboards and analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Monitor the system's performance and provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.Compliance & Security:

Ensure that all implementations adhere to data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and that security best practices are followed throughout the implementation process.Project Management:

Manage the project timeline, deliverables, and milestones for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.Post-Implementation Support:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues post-implementation, ensuring system stability and continuous alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Expert level experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and integration.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL for custom development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Demonstrated experience in managing data migrations and integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for stakeholders.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification and/or Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with additional Salesforce tools such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Pardot.Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms and their integration with Salesforce.Knowledge of API development and integration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience in a consulting environment, with a track record of successful Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
