Through our proprietary technology and team of data scientists and designers, we help our clients with actionable solutions to drive customer conversion and to achieve measurable ROI – at every stage of the buying journey.We are looking for a Graphic Design Artist who is detailed oriented and has experience in Quality Assurance to join our Graphics Arts Production Department. You will create and collaborate with all parts of the direct mail production process. Ideally, you come from a printing/publishing background. You should have deep experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat. You will also be responsible for proofing, managing and resolving potential production issues pre-press runs. Strong grammar and spelling skills are a must. You may also be required to occasionally fix and/or create live InDesign documents. Strong technical background and PC knowledge is essential.Company location: Suffern, NYPosition location: Suffern, NY (hybrid onsite)Expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required.
Core ResponsibilitiesWork on the Graphics Design team to develop marketing creatives for clientsAudit submitted design for accuracy using Adobe AcrobatWork closely with the Client Success Team, Creative Team and Dev Team to ensure timely completion of press runs.
Skills/Requirements3+ years of experience in Graphic Design or related fields3+ years of management experienceIT experience working in a multiple server digital workspaceStrong knowledge of industry tools including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.Strong drive to learn and utilize creative mentalityStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environmentStrict attention to detailFlexible working style that allows for multi-tasking and collaboration within various company departmentsBachelor’s degree preferredPrepress experience a plus
