Tombras, an independent, 400+ person, national full-service advertising agency is searching for a Manager, Media Investment to join our team.Where you’ll be working:

Knoxville or Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided.The Manager, Media Investment will be responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive maximum return on investment (ROI) for our clients' campaigns.What you will be doing:

Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience, and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies integrate seamlessly with overall marketing initiatives.Digital Advertising Planning:

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audience segments, optimal digital channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign success. Develop media plans and allocate budgets effectively across various platforms.Campaign Execution and Optimization:

Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including display, search, social media, and video. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.Budget Management:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to determine digital advertising budgets. Ensure effective allocation of funds across campaigns, platforms, and tactics.Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of digital investments specialists. Provide guidance, set goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team effectiveness.Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and collaborating to develop customized digital marketing strategies. Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.Reporting and Analysis:

Generate comprehensive reports and performance dashboards to track campaign progress, identify trends, and communicate results to internal teams and clients. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.Industry Insights:

Stay up to date with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Leverage industry insights to drive innovation and enhance campaign effectiveness for clients.What you bring:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in digital/programmatic media buying and planning at a media agency or fast-paced brand.Digital Advertising Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising platforms, and other relevant tools. Proficiency in data management platforms (DMPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.Strategic Thinking:

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, target audience behavior, and market dynamics. Proven expertise in campaign optimization and driving ROI.Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.Leadership Abilities:

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team. Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Client Management:

Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and build long-term partnerships.Results-Oriented:

A track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
