At this time, we are not working with any agencies.As a Data Visualization Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data analytics solutions, primarily using the Power BI platform. Your primary role will be to develop a data analytics program that ensures accurate, timely and auditable reports, ensuring the effective utilization of Power BI to drive business insights and decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, design dashboards and reports, and deliver actionable analytics solutions.Responsibilities:Encourage a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Power BI Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Power BI strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage Power BI capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making across departments.Data Visualization and Reporting: Design and develop visually compelling dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI. Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the information presented, catering to the needs of different stakeholders.Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support business initiatives and improve operational efficiency. Translate complex data into understandable and actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.Data Governance: Establish data governance standards and best practices for Power BI usage within the organization. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT professionals, and data engineers, to understand their analytics requirements. Effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and guidance to end-users on Power BI features and functionality. Promote self-service analytics and empower teams to independently explore and analyze data using Power BI.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Power BI and data analytics. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and implement enhancements to maximize the value derived from Power BI.Skills:Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.Strong experience working with Power BI, including developing complex dashboards, reports, and visualizations.Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.Proficient in SQL/DAX and data querying languages.Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools beyond Power BI (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.Pay Range$85,000 - $85,000 USDAbout Lincoln Property CompanyLincoln Property Company
