We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at Coastal Crafted Homes, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing marketing materials to creating visually stunning branding campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and messaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through print and digital media. The ideal candidate is a passionate and innovative designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of design principles and trends.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.Design and maintain the visual identity of Coastal Crafted Homes across all media platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Construction, to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs.Create compelling infographics and data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project requirements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and apply them to ongoing projects.Assist in photo editing and retouching as needed.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs and projects.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with print and digital design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with real estate or construction industry is a plus.
