Campaign Marketing Specialist
with 5-7 years of experience to join the marketing team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Build and execute marketing campaigns for new sales across multiple channels and tactics, including email marketing, advertising, content and collateral, social media, and video.
Manage and optimize marketing technology, including Salesforce, Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, Reach Desk, and marketing automation platforms.
Write blogs, articles, emails, sales brochures, and other communications materials.
Create, monitor, and report on email marketing campaigns.
Manage Sales CRM and marketing database, ensuring quality data.
Develop and implement marketing automation strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for engaging campaigns.
Other activities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with a marketing or advertising agency.
Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofing skills.
Proven ability to create engaging and effective marketing content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Expert using Salesforce and Account Engagement preferred.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (Marketing Automation Platforms, CRMs, email marketing software, social media) and MS Office programs.
Knowledge of ZoomInfo is a plus.
Pay, Perks, and Benefits
Salary between $60-70K, depending on experience.
