Responsibilities
Our Human Resources & Development (HR&D) department is looking for a Talent Management Analyst- Instructional Designer to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and programs that attract, retain, and develop our top talent.As a Talent Management Analyst- Instructional Designer, you will get to:Support Lead Talent Partners and HR&D Strategists as a liaison and consultant for learning and development strategies and solutionsConduct, direct, or participate in performance analyses.Coordinate the identification and selection of programs to assist with tailored offerings or resources based on identified need or skill buildingCoordinate the identification and selection of learning and/or knowledge solutions and methodologiesDevelop and design level-appropriate, modern content and program curation for associates, through consultation, research, implementation, and administrationProvide consulting services supporting performance-based solutions to business partners, stakeholders, and enterprise associatesResponsible for effective communication and change management of programs and materials developed for the enterpriseUtilize appropriate technologies in support of learning and/or knowledge solution design
Qualifications
Instructional design experience - Rize and Articulate Storyline preferredLearning Experience Design - Experienced in design and execution large scale, complex learning initiatives (leader audience preferred); adult learning backgroundStrong business orientation - Understanding of business objectives, leadership capabilities, and how to establish measurable KPIs & aligned performance/learning objectivesEntrepreneurial spirit & marketing mindset, highly creative, innovative, resourcefulStrong project & stakeholder management skills; can manage complexity without sacrificing attention to detailComfortable presenting to Executives and large audiences, comprised of multiple levels of leadership; articulate and influential; effective storytellerOperates effectively in dynamic environments; comfort with ambiguity and "working in the grey"; highly adaptableExperience in marketing and virtual storytelling is preferredMust be comfortable articulating work product and presenting to senior leadersDesire for utility player with talent mobility - leveraged across teams#LI-BS1SFARM#LI-Hybrid
