The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for administration and project management in a dynamic global marketing team of 40 plus people. Specifically, this position supports a global team of marketing managers who build and execute campaigns in support of our Investor Services business, and our firmwide marketing division which includes digital marketing, social media marketing, PR, content marketing and Creative Services as well as corporate brand.

The position serves as a key administrative and project support for senior marketing leaders including the head of the division and critical administrative and operational tasks such as project management, complex meeting scheduling, workflow coordination, inquiry routing, and event support. The Marketing Support Specialist is also responsible for workflow coordination for our Creative Services team. In addition, this role documents and executes compliance submissions for printed materials, multimedia, websites, etc. and plans offsites and other team experiences. In this role you will also provide direct administrative support to the Head of InServ and Firmwide Marketing and Communications including calendar management and travel, and this provides exposure and an opportunity for mentoring and supporting your learning and career development.

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator. This is a learning role, perfect for a seasoned administrator or an early career marketer who wants to learn how financial services marketing works at BBH. This position is critical to the team, partnering with various internal teams and external providers to ensure workflow and controls are in place and effective.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

Support the Managing Director of MarketingBe the key point of contact for work in take and routing to appropriate marketing discipline leads globallyResponsible for New Hire onboarding and facilitation, training, equipment, technology and security requestsCreative Services: serve as workflow coordinator including work intake, routing, reporting and work assignments tracking; client interface for project status updatesWorkflow alignment and tracking in leading workflow system Monday.com, as needed workflow in Marketo email marketing system and Adobe Content Management systemAudit and document best practices and procedures for the Marketing teams for annual submission to Compliance and AuditSupport Global Marketing Team as needed including event and meeting logistics for large meetings and travelCoordinate the distribution of marketing materials to internal and external audiencesSupport the publication and delivery of Marketing and Communication templates for internal distributionMaintain departmental recordsManage the compliance process for key marketing client / prospect materials, working with the InServ line of business and Marketing Mangers to ensure all external collateral has the appropriate disclaimers and Compliance approvalWork with BBH Compliance to formalize best practices for all individuals responsible for creating materials across the LOBProvide selected event / webinar planning support to the Regional Marketing Managers for client/external events as neededQualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience2-4 years experience in administrative related work (marketing preferred)Excellent quantitative and analytical skillsStrong written and communication skillsProficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPointAbility to adapt quickly to the needs of multiple teamsEffective prioritization and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesStrong detail orientationWillingness to take initiative with the ability to proactively resolve issuesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong Relationship skills with the ability to conduct oneself professionally with both internal clients and external contacts.
