Account Marketing Specialist

Purpose of role:

Proactively work with customers to build, train and execute on local marketing plans and tools across multiple channels to drive consumer awareness, maximizing response conversion for our customers.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

Work hands-on with customers at the local level on the development and execution of an annual marketing calendar, managing the individual creative strategy, list management, production and fulfillment of all tactics such as Direct Mail Campaigns, Newspaper Advertisements, Digital and In-office campaign support materials.

Role to expand to that of a marketing strategist

Participate in the development of annual marketing/VAS plans

Work closely with the KAM to understand the goals and priorities of the member

Review progress and make adjustments monthly in concert with the KAM

Acts as the day to day client contact that focuses on campaign management across all vendors and the timely delivery and execution of marketing efforts.

Manage the workflow for all campaigns simultaneously and assist in all facets of campaign execution, from development, execution and through to invoicing.

Ensure attention to detail and highest level of customer service and excellence.

Follow Campaign tracking measures and analyze response and conversion rates to identify key success factors and improve KPIs.

Become an expert in hearing aid marketing analytics in order to monitor the performance of the campaign including patient funnel KPIs

Other duties as assigned

Up to 15% travel within designated region

Education and Skillset:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

3+ years of consumer marketing experience; experience in media buying/planning a plus

Requires a sound understanding of marketing communications planning and best practices in identifying consumer needs, managing direct-to-consumer campaigns (including direct-response) such as direct mail, advertising, social media, search, pay per click, email campaigns, and co-op

Experience working in healthcare or medical device industry that markets products direct-to-consumers is preferred

Detail oriented

Demonstrated ability to work across multiple groups/departments in order to accomplish objectives

Experience with Salesforce.com, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat a plus

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
