Senior Web Developer
to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support and developing web applications. This role will be mainly remote with some in-office requirements from time to time.Analytica has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as the fastest-growing private US small business. We offer competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.Responsibilities include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To):Analyzing system requirements and prioritizing tasks Writing clean, testable code using .NET programming languagesDeveloping technical specifications and architectureTest and debug various .NET applications Review and refactor codeDeploy fully functional applicationsUpgrade existing, legacy programsDocument development and operational procedures, as well as researchCommunication and collaboration with teammates and client leadershipBasic Qualifications:B.A. degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalentMust be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance7+ years of progressive experience in web/windows application environment using MS.NET suiteExperience with HTML 5, C#, ASP.NET, and Classic ASP requiredMastery of ASP.Net 4.0, MVC, C# .Net, AJAX, HL7, Kendo, classic ASP/VB, Software system integration, web servicesDemonstrate a mastery of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), web development markup languages /web methodologies, software validation tools and methodologies such as Visual Studio, Agile, OWASP, HP Fortify, Unit and Functional testing, REST/SOAP Web services, CMS (Content Management System)Hands-on experience with Application Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and section 508 compliance highly desiredExperience with Telerik, AngularJS, and MVC 5.0 highly desiredPossess an active MCSD/MCTS
