AV-User Experience Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for an AV - User Experience Technician to support a long standing organization in New York.Responsibilities:Team member will be expected to have the AV equipment in the training room ready each day, ensure the trainers know how to use the equipment, troubleshoot as neededEquipment in our environment will be Crestron, Cisco, and Logitech. This is a Microsoft Teams environment but must support BYOD for 3rd party applications such as Webex and ZoomBeing a point of contact for vendors on site or a point of contact for vendor installs at other locationsWe will be having staff come to the location to schedule iPhone upgrades, or new hires to receive iPhonesQualifications:Must be able to handle AV on day 1Pleasant and ApproachableMicrosoft Teams, Crestron, Cisco, and Logitech knowledgeWebex and Zoom knowledge/familiarity preferredComfort working with Shure microphone systems and amplificationComfortable with Apple iOS and iPhoneUnderstanding of Intune Microsoft Endpoint managementTeam is willing to train on any telecom needs, deskphone, iphones, etc. They must be able to handle AV on day one
