About the Role:We are currently seeking exceptional Web Developers with active TS/SCI Poly clearance for a prestigious client who is renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation. This opportunity offers a dynamic role where you'll be an integral part of a web development team focused on creating and refining engaging digital learning solutions.
You will collaborate with a highly skilled team to design, develop, and implement various media elements and interactive tools. These solutions will support effective communication and learner engagement, including graphics, websites, web tools, online courses, and Web-Based Trainings (WBTs). Your efforts will play a critical role in advancing the Client's mission to deliver high-quality training.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and update training courses and learning solutions in multiple formats.Revise existing courses and establish standards for design, development, and evaluation.Work closely with Client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on curriculum design and training delivery.Create and maintain a range of training materials including websites, graphics, and videos.Provide support for online and in-class learning technologies.Ensure all products meet the Client's requirements and comply with legal standards such as accessibility and privacy.
Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in a training environment, managing multiple projects, and using Joomla for site design and administration.Proficiency in developing WBTs, online courses, and e-learning solutions.Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Dreamweaver, After Effects, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5.Ability to solve complex application development problems and provide design recommendations.Experience in graphic design, including animation and 3D animation, and creating print materials.
Preferred Skills:Experience with web-based collaboration tools like SharePoint.Familiarity with Client cloud technology networks.Skills in creating motion graphics and video production.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or a related field.UX/UI Certification from an accredited institution.
Clearance Requirement:Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory.
