is looking to hire a full-time
Assistant Producer
with immediate availability. The Assistant Producer is responsible for supporting our in-house development teams in a variety of ways, aiding everything from Sprint and Feature development to general studio operations. This role will include taking on key areas of recurring responsibility while also being the go-to support person for any pressing needs that arise during day to day development. To thrive within this role, we imagine the ideal candidate to be proactive, organized, and resourceful.
This role is intended to be a hybrid position, combining in-office hours at our brand new headquarters in Pasadena, CA with work-from-home time as well.

Responsibilities
So, you know how to do a lot of stuff, but what do we expect from you?
Support production efforts in an agile environment to improve efficiency.Assist team members with a variety of issues.Communicate consistently with individuals on the team to ensure that they are able to work collaboratively and with minimal disruptions.Work with external vendors or contractors to ensure that high-quality deliverables are received in a timely manner.Promote a positive environment for all team members.
