Overview of the Role

Alignment Health is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be responsible for the follow through of multiple projects related to sales, marketing and field marketing organizations. As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator you will provide the area sales team with administrative tasks.

ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of support functions for the AHC internal local sales organization.Serve as an intermediary between the internal sales team, customers, vendors, and clients.Determine priorities and monitors the status of projects.Responsible for calendar management, invoice payment, and other administrative duties as needed.Demonstrate full competence in own area of work, including excellent organizational skills.Troubleshoot / Triage issues in a timely and efficient manner.Work independently with minimal guidance.Work well with cross functional teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum Experience:

The ideal sales & marketing administrator will have prior experience supporting at the director and above level.

Education / Licensure:

Minimum 5 years' supporting in an administrative role.

Skills and Abilities:

Language Skills: Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Able to write routine reports and correspondence.Mathematical Skills: Able to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Able to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.Reasoning Skills: Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Computer Skills: Able to type 60 WPM. Intermediate / advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
