The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manufacturing and Energy Field Marketing professional to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing programs and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through our strategic alliance partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, alliances, and marketing, to create impactful align with our business objectives and enhance our alliance relationships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans to support strategic alliance partnerships and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.

Collaborate with alliance partners to align marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns to maximize joint value propositions.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify key opportunities for alliance-driven marketing activities.

Create compelling marketing content, including collateral, presentations, case studies, and success stories, to promote alliance offerings and differentiate our joint solutions in the market.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and execute joint marketing activities, such as events, webinars, thought leadership content, and demand generation campaigns, MDF.

Track and measure the effectiveness of alliance marketing programs, including pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners, internal sales teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of joint marketing programs.

Act as a brand ambassador for our company and alliance partners, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing activities.

This is a mostly remote role, with required attendance in our NYC offices once a month.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3+ years of experience working in field marketing.

People management experience.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing program performance.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving measurable marketing goals.

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous professional experience in a sales role

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $160,680 to $332,760

Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320

New York City: $175,080 to $332,760

Washington: $160,680 to $305,160

Washington DC: $160,680 to $305,160

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
