Jackson Healthcare is hiring a dynamic senior multimedia specialist to join our team. This positionis part of the creative services group within the Jackson Healthcare Corporate Marketing team and will be based out of its headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Candidates applying for this role should be highly skilled in videography and photography - capturing compelling visuals, understanding and applying the nuances of visual storytelling, and keeping apprised of/applying the latest technological advancements in this space. They should have expertise in digital production genres with demonstrated experience in pre-production planning, filming, editing and producing both short- and long-form video to support the organization's mission and strategy. Primary Responsibilities

:*Produce a wide variety of multimedia assets to highlight our business and employees for use on internal platforms, and external web and social channels*Work with project requesters and the creative and communications teams to develop pre-production and post-production plans, including timelines and storyboards*Film and photograph at the office/on campus, as well as on location*Edit and facilitate post-production of both long- and short-form video to create final assets; includes infusion of graphics, music tracks, closed-captioning and special effects*Capture company culture through film and photos, ranging from employee interviews to corporate campus amenities and programs *Drive and execute filming and photography at company celebrations, kickoff meetings, in-person and virtual town halls, and other events*Develop short-form, informational, internal videos tied to department news and annual and quarterly president updates *Film and produce videos in association with company's awards programming *Conduct headshots*Organize, manage and maintain repository for image and video assets for easy retrieval and usage*Set up and breakdown all production equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting and props*Care for and maintain recording equipment

QualificationsCandidates for this role will have

:*5+ years of experience in professional videography and photography working at a boutique firm or creative agency or in a corporate environment*Degree in film, video production, broadcasting, fine arts, graphic design or related field a plus*Passion and deep experience in film/video and photo content creation, from inception through final production of deliverables*Exceptional technical skills-mastery of camera equipment, lighting, filming and post-production techniques*Computer literacy with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom; experience with After Effects and Audition a plus*Podcast production experience a plus*Drone video/photography experience a plus*Artistic vision with a keen eye for composition and detail*Brand mindset with the ability to deliver content aligned to brand standards and guidelines*Customer-centric approach and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and businesses of the Jackson Healthcare family of companies*Proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs*Effective listening, verbal and written communications skills*Outstanding planning and organizational skills*Strong attention to process and detail *Flexibility and comfort working in fast-paced environments*Ability to multi-task and meet/beat deadlines*Team player with the ability to work effectively both in groups and independently*Interest in and pursuit of maintaining an in-depth understanding of video and photographic trends, best practices and tools*A curiosity and interest in keeping abreast of emerging technologies and creative strategies to stay on the forefront of the role*Some travel to execute video and photography projects*Ability to transport, set-up, move and hold video/photography equipment for onsite and remote location projects.*A strong portfolio of work will be requested
