What you will do:

The Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing will help lead marketing initiatives at the company level and will assist senior team members in strategy development and facilitation of company-level strategies, with a specialized focus on M&A. They will collaborate with business functions and regional leaders across functions to connect brand and marketing strategy to business strategy in alignment with business performance objectives and marketing excellence practices.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies related to brand architecture, positioning, value proposition, and brand strategy. They will leverage a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, customer insights, and our commercial businesses to drive growth and market leadership.

This is a remote position, and you must be able to work in EST business hours.

Exercise high degree of expertise of our marketing excellence practices, including Market Insights, Annual Marketing Plan, Pre-Commercialization Plan, and/or Commercialization Plan.

Leverage competitive analysis as well as patient, customer, and market insights to inform marketing and customer experience recommendations.

Actively listen and synthesize diverse inputs into process development and actionable improvements, then transfers them into long-term programmatic best practices and processes.

Develop and deliver on compelling strategy and messaging frameworks that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

Support, co-facilitates and/or lead brand integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with the company's overall brand strategy and integration playbooks.

Help develop strategies to leverage acquired brand equity and assets to strengthen our brand and drive growth.

Partner with Corporate Affairs and product and service marketing teams to ensure alignment between strategic marketing, brand strategy and communications.

Create, manage and/or maintain structures, processes, tools and systems that deliver on strategic marketing objectives.

Support company-level and cross-divisional marketing initiatives as assigned, including the delivery of integration strategies, positioning and messaging that reflects reasons to believe and customer value proposition.

Help maintain, evolve, and educate others on marketing and integration best practices.

Use exceptional organizational and project management skills to support complex, multi-phased initiatives, balancing tactical excellence with a long-range perspective.

Ability to influence or support projects depending on the assignment and need, with a keen sense of when to shift between these modes of operation as situations evolve.

Provide guidance to solve complex challenges using established frameworks, while exercising judgment to address ambiguous situations

Work effectively in a virtual team environment.

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree required

10+ years of work experience required

5+ years of brand marketing experience in the medical device industry is preferred

2+ year of experience in M&A integrations within Stryker’s operational model preferred

Experience in brand equity and brand strategy concepts

$112,800 - $221,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
