The Opportunity

We are seeking a

Brand Marketing Manager

for Lingo, Abbott’s rapidly growing consumer biowearables division. The Brand Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing and managing marketing and advertising campaigns to build Lingo’s presence in the market. As part of the brand team, you will educate our target consumer on who we are and the extensive benefits of our products in unique, engaging and impactful ways.

What You'll Work On

Develop and execute fully integrated GTM plans to drive our brand awareness, consideration and ultimately product adoption.

Collaborate with internal and external partners, to create powerful, 360 degree marketing campaigns to power the brand.

Lead execution of brand activations and partnerships in key markets.

Partner with our research team to identify key consumer insights and turn them into compelling marketing executions.

Create opportunities for the brand to have a purpose within cultural moments

Ensure all brand activity is aligned with fulfilling the brand vision for Lingo.

Analyse everything you create to understand impact and identify unmet opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Minimum 7 years experience in-house, consumer marketing.

Excellent storyteller who knows how to use different channels for maximum impact

Experience leading go-to-market strategies

Excellent project management skills – able to drive internal cross function resources and external agency partners to collaborate and meet key milestones within budget.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

You love to create and value the importance of measuring all that you do to continuously optimize and challenge yourself and the team to achieve greater results next time.

You are customer obsessed. You are deeply curious about what resonates with our target.

Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner. Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

Experience in a regulated industry

The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 – $218,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
