That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!Job Overview The T-Mobile Home Internet Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced, Senior Hardware Product Portfolio Strategy Manager ready to define, shape and drive T-Mobile Home Internet’s product vision and commercial strategy for all hardware products in the portfolio. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the hardware product roadmap, shaping technical feature sets, and spearheading the launch and lifecycle management of all products in T-Mobile’s hardware product portfolio. These products include the T-Mobile Wi-Fi gateway device, mesh access point and other connected home devices and accessories.The ideal candidate for this role has a strong strategic mindset, with both business and hardware/broadband acumen. The role requires the ability to think of hardware strategy at scale across various parts of our business, including our 5G Home Internet and Fiber Home Internet businesses. This includes evaluating all the different hardware needs and solutions across the overarching business and determining tech specs and feature sets that need to be developed for each product offering and service in the broader portfolio. This role requires the ability to translate the customer experience and features we aim to build into technical requirements, while being able to effectively influence product and engineering teams in the design, development and delivery of the end-product and experience. In addition to leveraging your technical acumen and expertise to build innovative products that are best-in-class, you will be responsible for developing business cases for new products and determining hardware solutions and frameworks that can drive financial efficiencies or ARPU driving opportunities across the business.Once the product is ready to launch, the Senior Hardware Product Portfolio Strategy Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the launch marketing strategy including, defining the positioning, value prop and RTBs. You will lead multiple cross-functional teams across integrated marketing, retail, e-commerce, PR, supply chain etc. in creating impactful and successful product launches.Job Responsibilities:Lead development and implementation of T-Mobile Home Internet’s product portfolio vision and story, including defining which hardware products should be included in the portfolio based on customer needs and pain points.In partnership with product and engineering, define which tech specs and features need to be developed to ensure product meets the customer value prop, benefit and experience we aim to create.Develop business plan for each new product, defining pricing strategy, forecast while building future roadmap and features for new generations of each product.Define strategy for scaling product portfolio across multiple facets of the business, including assessing opportunities to drive cost and product development efficiencies.Stay informed on industry and market trends, competitive landscape, innovative technologies and be able to apply insights to product strategy and planning.Lead cross functional teams in development and execution of GTM plan.Qualifications:5+ years of progressive experience in Category Management, Product Planning, Portfolio Management, or Corporate Strategy; highly analytical and comfortable working with quantitative data.5+ years of product or category management experience in categories such as consumer electronics, consumer hardware, broadband technologies etc.Developing yearly business plans for product roadmap, including evaluating and assessing financial implications and impacts to the business.Strong business and technical acumen, with comfort in advocating for technical feature build requirements in partnership with product/engineering teams.Experience in working with supply chain and demand planning in developing annual forecasts on volume, revenue and costs.Experience in hardware fleet and inventory management across multiple internal and external channels.Must have experience in establishing KPI metrics and driving data driven decision making across cross-functional teams.Consumer insight driven marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, obsessed with discovering unmet needs of customers.Critical thinker with strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and translate data into creative solutions.An analytical person with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset who excels in ambiguity.Education:Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required).Work Experience:7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Go-to-market Strategy Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close cooperation with Product Management and Sales (Required).Segmentation A strong technical foundation, including experience delivering segment-specific solutions (Required).Customer Experience Management Extensive customer interaction experience and customer success storytelling (Required).Communication Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and strong content development skills (crisp messaging and compelling presentation of content) as well as excellent presentation, writing and editing skills (Required).Project Management Proven interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing programs/campaigns, demand generation, field marketing and sales (Required).Product Management (Required).#LI-Corporate• At least 18 years of age

$116,100 - $209,500 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
