Proficient in market research and consumer trends, the Brand Marketing Manager works closely with the creative, product development, and sales teams to align brand strategies with overall business goals. An expert in developing compelling and creative brand narratives for lifestyle, beauty, and apparel brands, the Brand Marketing Manager also oversees content creation and implementation across various brand platforms, plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns, and ensures consistent brand guidelines across all channels.

The Brand Marketing Manager should possess innovative ideas and the ability to work collaboratively with in-house teams and external partners. Bonus points for individuals who enjoy making work fun!

The Brand Marketing Manager will join our onsite team at Club Kuma headquarters in sunny Santa Monica and report to our Chief Strategy Officer.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.

Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitors, and industry dynamics.

Create and execute social media strategies that align with our brands goals and objectives.

Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos for various social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.

Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints that are compelling and resonate with target audience.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its products/services.

Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and values.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of brand initiatives.

Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to brand strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in brand marketing, with a track record of successful brand building and management. CPG experience a plus.

Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns including email, social, UGC, original content, affiliate, and experiential to drive brand awareness and sales.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to craft compelling brand narratives and messages.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to use data and metrics to measure the success of brand initiatives.

Creative thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Additional Information:This is a full-time, in-office position in our beautiful offices in Santa Monica, CA. We offer a great package including PTO, benefits, 401K, and holidays. Compensation based on experience $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
