In 2015, the restaurant reopened with a new identity as Bass Bay Brewhouse, revitalizing the concept of the Modern Supper Club.

Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced restaurant manager with a background in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, positive, passionate individual who prides themselves on their ability to inspire a team and solve problems. This candidate leads by example and coaches others in a positive, professional manner.

Requirements:

Management experience in a full-service restaurant

- Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory or management position.

Sales and Marketing Background

- Minimum of one year of sales and/or marketing experience. An education in this field is a bonus.

Sense of Ownership & Critical Thinking

- Ability to identify issues/opportunities for improvement and solve problems independently.

Positive Leadership Style & Coaching Ability

- Ability to demonstrate a calm, process-oriented, optimistic approach in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Passion for Hospitality

- Ability to connect with guests and instill a culture of sincerity, enthusiasm, and respect in your team.

Technological Proficiency

- Ability to learn Toast POS as both a user and administrator, Restaurant365 Back Office Systems, Excel, and GMail.

Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule

- Including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

Opening, closing, and managing the operations of the restaurant.

Social media management for the restaurant and banquet facility.

Event promotion and execution.

Developing new strategies to increase business.
