Depending on your location, this role may be hybrid or remote.HYBRID – If you reside within 50 miles of Adtalem offices in Chicago, IL, Addison, IL, Columbia, MD, Minneapolis, MN, and Miramar, FL this role is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu), with the rest of the workweek spent working from home.Opportunity at a GlanceThe Senior Manager, Creative Services will be responsible for leading Adtalem’s creative strategy, developing innovative and differentiating cross-channel creative. The ideal candidate will come with a rich background in creative direction, project management, team leadership, and be comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for a candidate that will generate big, bold ideas and is obsessed with infusing personality into brands to bring a true connection on a human level. This position will translate abstract ideas into design concepts with a clear process for execution bringing a forward-thinking, world-class brand to life.This position will report to the Director, Corporate Communications & Strategic Initiatives but work closely with the functional leaders across the Global Communications team. S/he will lead and inspire a team of creatives to enhance the company’s profile, build stakeholder engagement, and influence customer and consumer behavior. This oversight also includes creative brand photography, graphic design, and audio and video production.ResponsibilitiesExecute the creative vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goalsLead the creative direction and concepting of visual campaigns in all platforms including linear, digital, social, mobile, video, and live eventsLead the teams that produce all creative assets including graphic design and video production/editingLead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to the teamEnsure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and innovationOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all creative projectsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments and lead and develop a creative teamTranslate Global Communications objectives into clear creative strategiesDirect the activities of creative agencies to align with enterprise objectives, strategies, and scope of workResponsible for Adtalem brand and creative standardsContinually refresh creative to optimize campaign outcomesResponsible for audio/video productionAbility to manage multiple projects from concept through activationPerform other duties as assignedComply with all policies and standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, creative design, communications, or brand management; master’s degree preferred.8-10 years’ experience in creative production, branding, or marketing including 2-3 years minimum leadership/management experience.Extensive digital experience across varied channels including rich media.Ability to collaborate with a variety of colleagues across the organization.Proven success managing creative teams & agencies.Strong organizational, logistical, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality.Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences and constituencies.Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking ability.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong management, coaching, and leadership skills.Ability to inspire and motivate a team to accomplish goals.A portfolio of your creative work is required upon submission of your application.In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336.75 and $140,851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
