Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Siltanen & Partners (S&P) is a Los Angeles based agency specializes in high-impact creative that defines brands and generates best in class results.- 2019 Ad Age Silver award for best small agency in the West.What you'll do:As an art director and digital designer, you'll be working across agency brands to help contribute to everything from shaping brand identities to campaign creative to day to day workflows like emails, landing pages, and digital ads.You're comfortable thinking in web-minded terms (interactivity, page animation, responsive, mobile-first, etc), and love bringing a brand story to life through a digital experience.You're organized, love to sweat the details, and are capable of delivering a consistent design experience and distinguishing a brand voice through the power of visual.Responsibilities- Manage and develop cohesive visual identities of clients including the oversight of logos, assets, and fonts and creation of brand guidelines- create emails, landing pages, and digital ads for DTC clients- support CD and broader creative department with campaign ideation and executionQualifications- Strong practical skills working in web and digital media- Strong typography, layout, and branding experience- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma- Comfortable w/ After Effects (creation of gifs, etc)Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Art Direction, Design, Figma, Interactive, Low / High Fidelity Prototyping, Outdoor, Social
