You and your team will oversee planning, execution, and reporting of advertising campaigns for Gulp Media Network. You will manage the relationship with vendors, merchants, and GMN sales organization to ensure alignment with objectives and company strategies.You thrive working in a fast-paced retail environment and driving large-scale changes across your organization and influencing stakeholders. A strong background in media planning, buying, and a deep understanding of the retail industry and digital advertising landscape is a must.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning:Develop and articulate a comprehensive retail media strategy, integrating market insights and setting clear business goals.Lead the strategic oversight of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial efficiency.Develop cross-channel planning, bridging the gap between 7-Eleven teams, vendors, & external agencies.Campaign Management:Work closely with the execution agencies, and ensure campaign optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns, including both off-site and on-site.Performance Analysis and Strategic Reporting:Establish and maintain a performance monitoring framework, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing analytics to inform and optimize media strategy and execution.Relationship Management and Strategic Influence:Act as the primary strategic contact for vendors and agencies, fostering collaborative partnerships and aligning media initiatives with organizational objectives.Advocate for the strategic integration of retail media insights, enhancing business decisions and strategic planning.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION:
