As part of Marketing Operations, this person is a 360° Sr project manager, collaborating with Creative, Editorial and Brand Marketing partners to ensure scope and schedule expectations are clearly defined and met by all team members during the in-season pipeline. They track the creative through all pipeline milestones from in-season kick-off to final leadership approval, guiding cross-functional partners toward timely development and approval.

The Sr Project Manager will oversee Campaign project management -from kick-off through to final delivery for monthly marketing campaigns and Brand Projects. This person will have a keen eye on key marketing milestones, review dates, and will work with cross-functional partners to ensure that creative, strategy and production teams designers have everything they need to deliver the work on time, ensuring we deliver high quality creative.

The Sr Project Manager may have 1-2 direct reports that they will oversee and develop their skills and behaviors so that they enforce best practices within the creative development and project pipeline.What You'll Do

Ability to effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, and project deliverables.Ability to navigate contending project priorities, and troubleshooting challenges.Eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks with day-to-day escalations.Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure that the team is delivering against asks while creating an environment that allows for white space and creativity.Work closely with internal and external partner teams to identify more efficient workflowsPlan, lead, and execute internal and external workflows and collaboration meetings, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables.Must be comfortable with constantly changing timelines and able to balance workforce with demands.Who You Are

8+ years of relevant experience working in ad agency, traffic department and/ or project management role.Experience managing others.Expert knowledge of content creation and production processes; ideally in a retail environmentHighly process-oriented with superior skills in adhering to and further optimizing defined operational structuresComfort level with working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with teams to move through ambiguity.Comfort level with project management toolsExceptional attention to detail, seasoned critical thinking skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
