Our customers are primarily kitchen dealers and designers. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.Job Summary:The Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, coordinating activities, and handling a range of marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Work under the direction of the SVP of Sales & Marketing to support various marketing initiatives.Analyze marketing data to support decision-making.Assist in creating and managing the company’s social media campaigns; monitor social media activity daily.Participate in managing content for the company website.Develop point-of-sale and collateral marketing materials.Create and assemble PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and events.Maintain and track the marketing department budget.Coordinate all aspects of trade shows and off-site events, including:

RegistrationTravel and hotel arrangementsMeeting coordinationDisplay design and installationGraphics creationOn-site logisticsDining and entertainment arrangementsBooth selection and setup

Manage project timelines, particularly for:

Strategic customer meetingsNew product launchesSales and marketing collateral

Education & Experience:

Minimum of one year of executive-level administrative experience.Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and manage the executive's work life.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Experience in social media management and basic website maintenance.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.Application Process:
