Marketing Specialist with our Puget Sound Team located in one of our Puget Sound area offices .This is a progressive position working as a part of our corporate marketing team to support the business development and marketing process.The ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated team player, who enjoys client strategy, proactive proposal process, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This position will work directly with other experienced marketers and business development staff to support the client relationship, manage the positioning/proposal process, prepare teams for interviews, and assemble various collateral materials.This includes, but is not limited to:Providing client-focused marketing support within the Puget Sound region supporting both public and private clientsCoordinating with marketers and business development staff to develop client relationships and proposalsConducting market research to better understand client and market needsLeading the production of proposals, SOQs, and collateral materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCoordinating with marketers and business development staff to develop a solid pipeline of qualified pursuitsMaintaining CRM (client relationship management) information including marketing and client contact databaseSupporting client teams in partnership with client leaders.Effectively collaborating with the shared marketing services team to support other regions, as necessaryBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalentFive plus years' experience in professional marketing servicesProficiency in MS applications, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and a CRM DatabaseMust have strong written and oral communication skills, and strong graphics aptitudeAble to work as part of a team and promote all of DEAPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the A/E/C industryEmphasis/understanding of the clients in OregonExperience with Deltek VisionExperience with Alternative Project Delivery such as Design-Build, Progressive Design Build, GCCM/CMGC, and Public Private Partnerships (P3) is a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life InsuranceHealth Savings and Lifestyle Spending Account with employer contributionSupport for continuing education and training opportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)/Holiday Pay401k and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Flexible 9/80 (every other Friday off) work scheduleHolistic Wellbeing Program with a focus on physical, emotional, financial, career and community healthOpportunity for growth with support and mentoring to help with professional goalsAbility to work in a hybrid in-office/remote work setting

Potential salary range for this position is $88,000-$91,000 depending on experience and location

Potential office locations include: Seattle, WA; Tacoma, WA; Bellevue, WA.
