The Field and Client Communications team is responsible for delivering timely, relevant, and concise communications. Fundamental to this role is streamlining and minimizing the amount of correspondence, resulting in a better field and client experience. The role reports to the Head of Field & Client Communications.The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:Provide strategic direction to business partners on field and client communications including:Guidance on appropriate use of channels dependent on messageEnsuring content is clear, concise and relevant for intended audienceSupporting partners in execution steps, when necessaryPartner with functional areas to define communication requirementsDrive the day-to-day management and execution of team prioritiesPartner closely with risk partners to effectively manage risk and support audit requestsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across lines of businessIdentify communication challenges and work cross-functionally to develop solutions to reduce pain-points and increase team efficienciesSupport special projects/ad-hoc deliverables with flexibilityQualifications:Highly motivated, self-starter that can work autonomously and can independently take initiativeOutstanding time management skills and sound judgmentDetail and process-oriented with the ability to multi-taskStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to succinctly deliver complex messagesAbility to work across departments to influence others and build strong relationshipsConfidence and comfort operating in high-paced and high-profile environmentsProficiency in all Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with Adobe Workfront recommendedMorgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.Job:
