Additionally, you’ll be crafting micro stories to tell via email—trend reports, outfits by end use, styling features and more—so that each newsletter feels like a shoppable magazine page. The perfect candidate is someone who is obsessed with fashion and trend, and can translate this passion into revenue driving shopping experiences.Key Responsibilities:Surface the best products for our customers and find different ways to do so: two ways to wear the season’s top trend in real life, vacation packing lists based on your style vibe, a roundup of our favorite wedding guest dresses, etc ensuring the styles and the way they’re presented are aspirational, trend-driven, seasonally relevant and unique.Put together visual layouts and craft compelling micro-stories and editorial content for email newsletters. Develop trend reports, style guides and outfit features that engage our readers and inspire them to shop.Create inspirational outfits and styling recommendations that showcase how to wear our products and trends.Ensure a cohesive storytelling experience for the customer by merchandising curated product pages in line with email and homepage features; QA to ensure everything is linking properly.Oversee the seasonal trend shops and evergreen curations from end to end: from mood board to product selection to monitoring performance and thinking through ways to drive traffic, acting as the liaison with our external partner.Use data to inform where we are sending the customer from email based on performance of shops/category pages so that our approach is strategic and revenue-driving.Work closely with the Fashion Office and buying team to ensure we are highlighting our best brands and products in a way that feels exciting and addicting to our customer.Requirements:5+ years in a fashion market role where product selection was a chief responsibility.Proven experience in fashion merchandising and content creation.Strong portfolio of previous work demonstrating content creation, styling, and trend analysis.Proficiency in visual design and layout creation.Strong understanding of current fashion trends and seasonal styling.Ability to use data analytics to drive content and merchandising strategies.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems.Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for fashion.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Each day is a little different, it’s what keeps us on our toes and excited to come to work every day.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $80-85K.
