And you’ll get to practice your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s known for the highest level of care in our communities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESContent Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.Community Management: Respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and foster a positive community around the brand.Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and tools to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.Collaboration: Work closely with the communications team and other departments to align social media efforts with overall company goals and marketing strategies.Training and Oversight: Train and oversee Social Media Managers to ensure they follow best practices and maintain consistency in brand messaging.Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.SKILLS AND ABILITIESProven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Creativity, ability to think outside of the box and to create engaging content.Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.Skill in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Ability to apply principles of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.Exhibit confidence when teaching or educating others on how to accomplish objectives and learn new tasks.Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.Awareness of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology or a related field.One to two years (1-2) years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred but not required.COMPUTER APPLICATION SKILLSThis job requires proficiency with the following computer applications:Microsoft OutlookMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft WordCanvaAdobe SuiteSocial Media Management PlatformEEO / M / F / D / V / Drug Free Workplace
